What to expect
We read every message but can't promise to reply to each one. Corrections appear on the page itself with a dated note, as set out in our corrections policy.
What we can't help with
- Medical questions. We can't advise on symptoms, exposure or treatment, for you or anyone else. Please contact a doctor or your local health authority. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
- Help reaching patients or authorities. We have no contact with patients, hospitals or health authorities involved in the Irkutsk case, and can't pass on messages.
